Breakfast Ideas for busy people

I always have breakfast. Always did as a child and always do now. It has always made sense to me to have something to eat at the beginning of the day and I have never understood or related to those who aren't fans of breakfast or who 'can't eat' first thing in the morning and so set themselves up for the day with a cup of coffee as they dash out the door!

To me that is not healthy. But neither it seems is my daily ritual of toast or cereal or porridge, in the winter.  But really, what else can you have for breakfast?  Quite a lot it turns out!

Stress Less, Feel Better

In My Daughters Shoes and Through Her Eyes

They say your children reflect back to you or hold a mirror up for you to see yourself in them. I can well recall many times of being reflected back the best of me by my daughter, in fact, I get to see that many times every day and it is very affirming. In a time when there are pressures from every angle, including internally, to be the best parent and to raise a perfect child, it is very reassuring to be reflected back such things as love, empathy, and humour.
