Forget 'oum', this is what meditation REALLY looks like!

Meditation isn't new to my world but it once held place for me in THAT place where Buddhist's lived, along with very spiritual people, who seemed so un-me with perpetual their serenity and calm. That wasn't me.

Nor was I chaotic and stressed. But the more I read about meditation and heard of it's value in creating calm, encouraging mindfulness and promoting general all-round wellbeing, I knew I had to find a meditation that worked for me. And much as with yoga, I just had to 'get on the mat' so too with meditation- I just had to start somewhere, just not at an ashram in India.
