The latest newsletter went out on Friday, letting everyone know about the 21 day challenge. Get a sample of it here if you'd like to know a bit more - especially about the PRIZE DRAW. If you'd like to be in on the prize draw action, subscribe to the newsletter on the side panel and it'll be sent to you where there are more details and you can be in to win!
But more importantly, it is Day 1 of the 21 Day Challenge...
I hope the first day has been a successful one. Well done, keep it up. Thank you to my commenters and those who have emailed privately. It is great that you have been inspired to challenge yourself. Feel free to pass on the challenge details to others who may be interested. The official start date isn't so official! These first few days are generally ones of enthusiasm and energy - make sure you capitalise on it by focusing on how good it feels and how easy it is.
Try writing your challenge thoughts and feelings in a journal or on a blog. This helps for clarity around what is driving your success and what might be behind any slight hiccups that occur.
Make sure you have a support network: people or persons who know what you are doing and can encourage and celebrate with you.
My update: 30 minutes achieved, yippee! More than anticipated. Muscles ache already and feel as though they need stretching out from my stretching...? A bath is scheduled for later. Lovely.
