It's all changed again? What's with the cake?
I've been asked that after my recent new, new newsletter went out with a lovely picture of a cake at the top. And now here it is on the blog. In the world of life coaching, nothing remains static for long and as we are always in the process of learning and growing, my blog and website reflect that.
My new look, new name blog 'Having cake...' how to get all you want out of life and more is a statement to how I feel coaching works for me and for others. It's relaxed but focused. A lot of my coaching is done over coffee and cake. It's about doing what you enjoy and getting more of it into your life. It's about doing what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. It's about luscious, delicious life.
And if you can get that all wrapped up in a scrummy chocolate spongy package, then all the better!
