Life coaching is such an effective method of making change, that coaching is for anyone. In fact, everyone could benefit from some element of the coaching process. Whether it is through focussed goal-setting, or insight into patterns of behaviour or thoughts, there are strategies and benefits to suit all ranges of need.
This clarity can be life-changing for some people. The realisation that they are in complete control of how others affect them, or how they react to certain situations can be incredibly freeing. Sometimes though, it is a hard truth. It is easier sometimes to feel that situations are beyond our control and therefore absolve oursleves of any responsibility. But in the long run, it is incredilby empowering to be the master of our thoughts and actions; to be able to shape how we view the world in a more positve and balanced way.
Doesn't everyone want that?
