I've had some emails from those of you keen to join up for the challenge but aren't so sure about making it a SMART one.
As always, I'm here to help and guide you so here's help and guidance!
Making your challenge SMART isn't meant to be hard! Try not to get too bogged down by getting it right. There is no right or wrong SMART goal. Some are better than others but a start is better than nothing.
Essentially, just make sure there is very little room for an 'out' but at the same time make it realistic to what you can physically, mentally and emotionally achieve. If after all this, you're still not sure, send me what you've got through the contact form on the website, with 'SMART' in the subject line and we can go over it together.
My challenge update:
I have spoken to my yoga practising friend and she's taken me through some exercises. As I'm a 'read to understand' kind of learner, she's kindly writing them down for me, diagrams and all.
Thanks A x
