I was reading a magazine article recently and it was all about ‘Eco-fatigue’. Interesting. I then got to thinking about life and life coaching. Is there a point at which you reach when you are just tired of trying to be the brightest, best, most super person you can be? Is there a point where it just gets all out of hand and becomes overwhelming rather than inspiring?
Well, yes. We see it all the time with the news - overexposure lethargy. It just gets too much; we feel inadequate in our abilities to make any sort of difference to a huge problem or issue so we tune out and turn off and the same goes for making change in our lives.
I’m not here to solve the world’s problems but let’s have a go at making sure we don’t succumb to well-being fatigue and are still on track for some change in our lives.
