I came to Kirsten with no expectations, simply looking forward to a peaceful break at the Life Coaching Retreat. I arrived with a head full of "spaghetti", confused and baffled about what the future may bring. Well, it was definitely peaceful at her beautiful cottage and over the two days Kirsten helped me to gradually unscramble my thoughts, pulling each strand of spaghetti out of the jumble and sorting many of them out so that I left with a clear mind ready to face the challenges ahead. My life is no less complicated - in fact, it has become very difficult in the meantime - but...
